TIME FOR A NICE HOT SANDWICH & CUP OF .............





GIONI’S GOURMET GRILLED CHEESE OR GEE CHEESY

THIS MAKES A REGULAR GRILLED CHEESE LOOK WIMPY. THIS IS A FILLING SANDWICH.



Use whole wheat, white, rye or any kind of bread you like :)
In a bowl add 3 eggs ¼ cup of milk salt & pepper whisk it


Use any kind of thinly sliced cheese you like or shredded, you can even mix cheeses

Put between bread smoosh together, dip in egg mixture, roll in bread crumbs, dip in egg again, then bread crumbs again.( you can do it only once if you wish).

Fry in a skillet with hot oil. SERVE WITH CHIPS & PICKLES.

SIT BACK WITH A HOT CUP OF TEA OR COCOA & PERUSE THE BLOGS & RELAXE & ENJOY :)

Watching my weight wasn't one of my resolutions either! Sounds butt-spreading yummy! I bet it would go well with chili!

I fixed the grilled cheese sandwiches for dinner tonight. Both of my picky-eater boys declared them wonderful! If they had asked what was in it before tasting it, they never would have tried it. We have a don't taste, don't tell rule. Thanks for the recommendation!
